My friends & I used the P90x recovery formula for awhile with pretty good results. Definitely felt less sore after workouts. My trainer recently had me try his favorite recovery stuff which is less sweet and doesn't have creatine. But it does have glutamine. Its called FLUID recovery drink & I like it so far. Not as heavy as other stuff I've tried and seems to be the right amount of calories to get in there quick but not leave me feeling to full to eat soon.
